I really liked the USB charging points beside the bed. There were also Nespresso machine in the room, which I do enjoyed. The self service shop in the lobby is handy. It allowed me to buy drinks when I arrived late at night.
The shower cabin was not very clean, and I spotted mold. The toilet paper roll had a super awkward placement by the toilet. I really wanted a cleaner bathroom.

The hotel's location is quite handy, near the market hall and public transport. the front desk staff seemed friendly and helpful. I was pleased with their service.
The sound insulation was lacking. I could hear noises from neighboring rooms and the hallway. this impacted the stay somewhat.

The location was close to many shops. the tourist attractions were within easy reach, a convenience i valued much! i really enjoyed the comfortable beds, they were amazingly restful. This greatly enhanced my stay.
the shower heating seemed capped at a temperature that was just okay.
